We, as veterans, legatees, and supporters of the Special Operations communities of all the Armed Forces, have noted with dismay and deep alarm the recent stream of highly damaging leaks of information about various aspects of America’s shadow war in the overall War on Terror.  Our principles are the same as when we were in active service — Duty, Honor, Country.Read Full Mission Statement

President Barack Obama has added military heroes to his “enemies list,” singling out veterans’ groups such as Special Operations for America and Veterans for a Strong America on his campaign website, much as he singled out donors to Republican rival Mitt Romney for attack. Several veterans’ groups have spoken out against the Obama administration’s habit of taking credit for the Osama bin Laden raid and leaking military secrets for political gain–so the Obama campaign is trying to shoot the messenger. Read More…

The Obama suit argues that giving military voters extra time or extra protections to vote is arbitrary and capricious and violates equal protection under the law. Such a finding would void all the different rules implemented by states and the federal government to help military voters. We all know that those in uniform have problems that other voters don’t have, and it’s not arbitrary or capricious to treat them differently than we do other voters who usually don’t have overseas commitments and whose work schedules are far more negotiable. What Team Obama seeks to do is destroy the legal distinction between military and non-military voters. Read More…

I am probably doing this all wrong, so if you are offended by my request, I apologize. Having served as a Navy SEAL for almost three decades (my bio), I only know one way, and that is upfront and straightforward. We need some big donors. We are in a war with Barack Obama and his minions to change the direction of our nation. We absolutely MUST remove that anti-American machine from power. Read More…

Left-Wing Alinsky Rule No 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage. — President Barack Obama‘s aides and allies are trying to undermine an emerging campaign by former soldiers who are slamming the White House for what they see as a willingness to betray the nation’s secrets in exchange for publicity.  Read More…

Special Operations Speaks  |  by Dick Brauer, Col., USAF (Ret.); Larry Bailey, Capt. (SEAL), USN (Ret.)  |  2012-08-16

As honorably discharged and retired veterans of the Special Operations communities of all the Armed Forces and their supporters, whose mission in forming Special Operations Speaks is to illuminate the failed operational security environment of the current presidential administration, we find Bob Beckel’s commentary slanderous, insulting and appalling. We will not allow yellow hacks like Bob Beckel to deter us from restoring government accountability and a return to the guiding principles upon which our Republic was founded. Read More…

Bob Beckel smears military for “attacking Obama”, accuses them of TREASON

The Right Scoop  |  by The Right Scoop  |  2012-08-15

The Five ran a segment today on the military members who are risking reputation to voice their concerns about how the Obama administration is endangering national security with these political leaks. And of course leftist hack Bob Beckel twisted it and smeared the military members involved, accusing them of alleging that Obama is intentionally putting the military in harm’s way, going further to call “attack” on the president was almost treasonous. Read More…

Intelligence and Special Operations forces are furious and frustrated at how President Obama and those in positions of authority have exploited their service for political advantage. Countless leaks, interviews and decisions by the Obama Administration and other government officials have undermined the success of our Intelligence and Special Operations forces and put future missions and personnel at risk. The unwarranted and dangerous public disclosure of Special Forces Operations is so serious — that for the first time ever — former operators have agreed to risk their reputations and go ‘on the record’ in a special documentary titled “Dishonorable Disclosures.” Its goal is to educate America about serious breaches of security and prevent them from ever happening again. Use of military ranks, titles & photographs in uniform does not imply endorsement of the Dept of the Army or the Department of Defense. All individuals are no longer in active service with any federal agency or military service. Read More…

Mission Objectives

Special Operations is a surgical instrument of politics and war.
Special Operations can change the balance or center of gravity on the battlefield.
Special Operations can change the geopolitical center of gravity in public or in secret.
No one foreign or domestic should endanger the secrets, methods or targets of Special Operations.
Because Special Operations is a part of the United States of America’s military, it is accountable to the citizens of our sovereign republic.
