TAVERN KEEPERS by JOSEPH (MY TWO SENSE: Amid Obama’s myriad fast and furios attacks on American liberties, I’ve lost sight of the United Nations Agenda 21, which, if fully implemented as intended, nothing that concerns me today will concern me then. The difference in now and then will be significant in every area of our lives. We will become a society of human drones, and not the bombing kind. We will be told what to think, eat and when and where to sleep. “Stack ’em and pack ’em” will reflect our living arrangments, but it won’t be living as much as merely existing to provide comfort and luxeries for the New World Order’s elite rulers. We are truly an upside down country–black is white–wrong is right, and lies are truth if they support Progressive goals. Even the label implies improvement in our lives, I mean, who doesn’t want progress? But progress toward what?

A look at Agenda 21 in the United States

| December 8, 2012

On June 9, 2011, an Executive Order established the White House Rural Council with 25 executive branch departments including Defense, Justice, Homeland Security, National Drug Control, Environmental Quality, Labor, Commerce, Interior, EPA, Housing, Health, Education to name just a few.

The order covers 16% of the American population who lives in rural counties because they “supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. ”

Executive Order 13575 of June 9, 2011

Establishment of the White House Rural Council

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and in order to enhance Federal engagement with rural communities, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy.Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands. To enhance the Federal Government’s efforts to address the needs of rural America, this order establishes a council to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities.

The International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) is a conglomerate of 600 national, regional, and local government associations who promote “sustainable development” and protection of the environment because of man-made global warming that does not exist.

“Sustainable development” is the United Nations effort to contain and limit economic development in developed countries and thus control population growth. It is “sustainable de-growth,” plain and simple. The focus is “low-income agriculture” and to set limits on the developed world.

United Nations and its affiliates believe that first world countries polluted significantly during their development while urging third world countries to reduce pollution thus impeding their growth. Implementation of“sustainable development” would revert our society to a pre-modern lifestyle.

ICLEI wants to keep the environment as pristine as possible through “ideal-seeking behavior.” These euphemisms are not clearly defined in terms of what or who will evaluate or set the standards for this “ideal-seeking behavior.”

Agenda 21 sets up the global infrastructure to manage, count, and control assets. It is not concerned with protecting the environment or the world’s resources. Agenda 21 wants change from old sector-centered ways of doing business to new approaches. The “desired future state” should be to pursue “economic prosperity, environmental quality, and social equity.”

“Social equity” is the new euphemism for “social justice” the Marxists in our government have been using a lot lately. Who gave them the authority and the mandate to initiate such change? I do not remember the American people being asked through a referendum whether we wanted our way of life to be fundamentally changed according to mandates set up by the United Nations. How will population growth control be achieved in order to protect the precious environment?

There are four tiers to UN’s “sustainable development” plan:

  1. Environmental sustainability

  2. Economic sustainability

  3. Socio-political sustainability

  4. Cultural diversity.

We are truly an upside down country–black is white–wrong is right, and lies are truth supported by “scientific” proof and more evidentiary lies, stacked up to prove such gobbledygook as “Global Warming.” Uh, . . . er, I mean “Climate Change.” The real agenda behind Progressive goals is always hidden under a cloak of euphemistic language.  And that euphemistic language always claims that in the end, the lives of man will be made better, easier, and richer.  The facts, however, are that the use of euphemisms, by definition, is to substitute harsh, unpleasant, or offensive actualities with sweet smelling crap so as not to alarm the serfs.  Actual intentions and meanings are buried within the language, and the impacts are typically negative and not felt until it is too late to do anything about anything. Covert agendas, like government spies are disguised in presentations that appear benign and non-threatening. Even the label itself, Progressive, implies growth toward the betterment of mankind–toward happier and healthier lives for all.   Who doesn’t want progress to that end?  However, this Progressive movement is fueled by an agenda to usurp power and control of this nation and its people, and then the world. Progressive goals enrich and further entitle the elite. The ordinary individual will work toward that end under the auspices of the UN Agenda 21.  The already burdened lives, under this President’s rule, will look like a ride in the country compared to what is coming.

  1. “Pick anything Glenn Beck says, it’s probably wrong.” That sentence, of yours, tells me that you first, and foremost, make assumptions about Beck and are far from open-minded about the truth relative to him.

“Boston Marathon bombed by the CIA?” Wrong again! I know where it originated, one of the left-wing media, and then picked up by left-wing bloggers and ignorant gossips. Not only do I follow left-wing news, I follow Glenn Beck’s radio and TV shows.

“Gold can only go up?” Beck never said that either.

“Agenda 21? Here’s Beck’s admission that the ads were his:
Do you know that The Blaze is Glenn Beck’s TV station and his own TV network? The fact that you sent me that link and did not seem to know its basic content was a putdown to Alex Jones of Info is very telling. You buy into that site but not Beck’s? At any rate, Beck did not have to “admit” the Agenda 21 ads were his because he never said they were not his in the first place. He didn’t address the ads at all either before or during their airings. The ads were previews of his book “Agenda 21” and it was the public who misinterpreted and jumped to their individual conclusions. The fact that people did this was regrettably not foreseen by Beck, and he publicly apologized to everyone who was negatively effected by the ads.
Ed, you are not open-minded. You are a Progressive and apparently, are too frightened, or too busy, to actually look for any truth yourself. People like you, who buy into and believe others, who reshape the truth into negative propaganda, are attaching themselves to the ankles of those who take the hard steps toward the fight for freedom. Lies are much easier and safer to believe. If you sleep well at night and don’t wake up worrying about the next generation’s freedom, you are living those lies. Those who prefer the easy road are cowards, as are those who allow others to fight for freedom in their place. You could not possibly have anything left to say that would peak my curiosity or tempt me to respond again, unless or until, you do the honest thing and look for yourself. Your kind are a tremendous burden to those who have down their homework and have made every effort to pass it on to you.

  2. Ed, your premise, based on global warming/climate change, is unacceptable to me, as well as the majority of people.

Don’t look through the telescope backwards. Most Americans understand climate change, in the form of global warming, has occurred in spades over the past 150 years — and the U.S. has the lowest percentage of people who understand that of any industrialized nation, and all third-world nations.

In any case, it’s not my premise: It’s the reality of those farmers in the Philippines. Rains come at the wrong times, in the wrong amounts, and drought is annual, now. They have trouble no matter your excuse to claim they don’t.

Reality is knocking. Please answer the door.

You have been duped into believing the unbelievable so that “green” anything can, and has been pushed forward, for the sake of dollars.

Can you explain how anyone makes huge profits off of “green?” You may not have noticed, but the record profits being run up over the past five years have been oil company profits. Not a single solar company among them.

The hoax has been debunked, and you are behind the times.

The several hoaxes claiming global warming does not occur have indeed been debunked. You seem to be the one failing to understand that, though.

Or is there some other hoax that you’ve fallen victim to? Please explain what hoax you’re talking about. Hoaxes die hard, as H. L. Mencken noted.

    But they’re still hoaxes.

Now, what you can do for me is send me the link containing the information supporting the claim you made about Glenn Beck.

Pick anything Glenn Beck says, it’s probably wrong. Boston Marathon bombed by the CIA? Not only wrong, but tragically traitorous. Gold can only go up? Well, if you’re holding gold, you know that’s wrong.

Agenda 21? Here’s Beck’s admission that the ads were his:

Surely you don’t trust him on any issue, do you?

  4. Turns out the UN is incompetent at implementing Agenda 21 as you fear. See here:

In the Philippines, they are helping farmers get better crops and keep their land, to produce more food for more people. Don’t they understand that’s exactly contrary to the agenda Glenn Beck claims they have?

Who are these UN workers to say Glenn Beck was wrong?

  5. Back atcha, Texas! Your state is our final line of defense, and if we lose you, I fear for us all. The state of this union is in the hands of a group of communist dictators, and God help us all!
