BRIETBART BIG GOVERNMENT by CHARLIE SPIERING (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/08/09/Ted-Cruz-ISIS-is-the-Face-Of-Evil)

MY TWO SENSE

Senator Cruz cannot possibly think Obama is naive or inexperienced, causing him to view ISIS as “varsity.” Obama downplays the threat of his pawns in order to perpetuate a belief that he is simply inexperienced or cowardly. Obama pawns, such as the Muslim Brotherhood, ISAS, Hamas, et al, are being used to bring about his “fundamental transformation” of America and liberty wherever it exists in this world. Underestimating Obama, and misreading him, is extremely dangerous. Not accepting that Obama is as evil, or worse than, our greatest threats, is to lose the fight to regain our country. Everything becomes too little-too late. Senator Cruz must pretend that he finds Obama to be a nitwit because his position doesn’t allow a truthful approach-not at this time. If we are to raise grandchildren in a land of exceptionalism, we must place Senator Ted Cruz, and others like him, in political office to lead with integrity and honor. These characteristics are virtually non-existent in the present local and federal governments. No greater proof is needed to support what I say than the White House knee-jerk responses to racial tensions, the unrecognized beheading, and crucifixion, of Christians in the Middle East, the number of entitlements this first family has taken from tax payers, and the ever-increasing welfare roles which are now overwhelmingly burdening our society. Obama knows what he does. STOP HIM!

Ted Cruz: ISIS is the Face of Evil

Sen. Ted Cruz responded to President Obama’s statement on Iraq on Saturday, criticizing him for failing to properly address the threat posed by ISIS.

“Sadly what’s happening in Iraq is the latest manifestation of the failures of the Obama/Clinton foreign policy,” Cruz said, pointing out that since Obama took power, America’s leadership has receded.

Cruz spoke at length about the crisis in Iraq with reporters following his appearance at the Faith Leadership Summit in Iowa.

“What ISIS is doing in Iraq is unspeakable; ISIS is the face of evil,” Cruz said. “ISIS right now is crucifying Christians in Iraq. Crucifixion is not something that just occurred 2000 years ago; they are doing it right now today. ISIS is beheading children who are Christians in Iraq.”

Cruz suggested that the United States acting militarily to thwart the terrorist threat posed by ISIS was a worthy goal, but that Obama should make the case.

“ISIS right now is fighting with U.S. weaponry, with Abrams tanks from America that they seized,” he said.

Cruz reminded that the leaders of ISIS were so extreme they were thrown out of Al Qaeda.

“That says something,” he said. “That’s not easy to do,”

Cruz added that he was glad that President Obama had decided to take the threat of ISIS seriously, pointing out that Obama dismissed them earlier this year as “Junior Varsity.”

“The president’s foreign policy team utterly missed the threat of ISIS, indeed, was working to arm Syrian rebels that were fighting side by side with ISIS.”

America needed to remain vigilant, Cruz said, to avoid a hostage situation, or a situation where Americans in Iraq were put in danger.

Obama’s demands for a political solution in Iraq were naive, Cruz suggested, pointing out that the Sunni and Shite factions in the country were clearly divided. He added that he was concerned that Obama was acting out of political motivation.

“History has taught us that America gets in trouble in military engagements when we get involved on the whims of politicians, without a clearly defined objective.” Cruz said.

Pro-Obama Ad Has Children Singing About an America Where ‘Sick People Just Die’ & ‘Oil Fills the Sea’

Pro Obama Ad Has Children Singing About an America Where Sick People Just Die & Oil Fills the Sea

The founders of the ad agency behind the iconic “Got Milk?” ad campaign and some of the other most well-known advertisements in the country have a new message: re-elect President Barack Obama, or your children will live in an America where “sick people just die” and “oil fills the sea.”

A two-minute black-and-white spot features a chorus of children — “the children of the future” — singing to their parents that “something happened to our country, and we’re kinda blaming you.”

A few other choice lyrics: “The Earth is cracked, Big Bird is sacked and the atmosphere is frying.”

The ad is the brainchild of Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein, of the San Francisco-based Goodby Silverstein & Partners, for their Future Children Project. The Future Children Project states on its website, “Re-electing President Obama is a momentous decision that will require every single voter. What would the children of the future say if we let them down this November?”

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Goodby is a registered Republican who said he has some concerns about “the direction the party is going,” while Silverstein said he was spurred by the “huge implications for the future” the presidential election will have.

Take a look (lyrics below):

Imagine an America
Where strip mines are fun and free
Where gays can be fixed
And sick people just die
And oil fills the sea

We don’t have to pay for freeways!
Our schools are good enough
Give us endless wars
On foreign shores
And lots of Chinese stuff

We’re the children of the future
American through and through
But something happened to our country
And we’re kinda blaming you

We haven’t killed all the polar bears
But it’s not for lack of trying
The Earth is cracked
Big Bird is sacked
And the atmosphere is frying

Congress went home early
They did their best we know
You can’t cut spending
With elections pending
Unless it’s welfare dough

We’re the children of the future
American through and through
But something happened to our country
And we’re kinda blaming you

Find a park that is still open
And take a breath of poison air
They foreclosed your place
To build a weapon in space
But you can write off your au pair

It’s a little awkward to tell you
But you left us holding the bag
When we look around
The place is all dumbed down
And the long term’s kind of a drag

We’re the children of the future
American through and through
But something happened to our country
And yeah, we’re blaming you

You did your best
You failed the test

Mom and Dad
We’re blaming you!

Editor’s note: This post originally indicated that the ad was created by Goodby Silverstein & Partners. It is an independent project by founders Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein and unrelated to the agency’s work.
